By accessing and using this website, booking services, or receiving treatment from Peak Precision IV Therapy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Peak Precision IV provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration, vitamin therapy, and wellness services administered by licensed medical professionals.

• Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Information on this website is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

• Always consult with your physician before receiving IV therapy.

3. Eligibility

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.

• Minors may be treated only with parent/guardian consent and in accordance with applicable state laws. *Dependent on event

• By booking, you represent that all information you provide in your intake forms is accurate and complete.

4. Medical Intake & Consent

• All clients are required to complete a medical intake form and provide accurate health history prior to treatment.

• Services are provided only after review and approval by a licensed medical professional.

• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if, in our medical judgment, IV therapy is not safe or appropriate.

5. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical information collected is protected under HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is due at the time of booking or service.

• We accept [credit cards, Square, Zelle, etc.].

• All sales are final. Refunds may only be issued if:

  • A cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or

  • The service is deemed medically inappropriate by our staff.

7. Risks & Waiver of Liability

• IV therapy involves the use of needles, fluids, and nutrients, which carry risks including (but not limited to): infection, bruising, pain, allergic reaction, or vein irritation.

• By receiving services, you acknowledge these risks and release Peak Precision IV Therapy, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability related to your treatment.

• Emergency situations will be managed according to professional medical protocols, and emergency services (911) will be contacted if necessary.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• If we arrive to your scheduled appointment and you are unavailable, the service may be forfeited without refund.

9. Mobile & Event Services

• Services performed at homes, businesses, or event venues require a safe, clean, and private environment.

• Peak Precision IV Therapy LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

10. No Guarantee of Results

While IV therapy may improve hydration, recovery, and wellness, individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and service descriptions, are the property of Peak Precision IV Therapy LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Colorado.
